MCENERY RESIDENTIAL WELCOMES THE MORSE TEAM

McEnery Residential is pleased to announce the expansion of our Northshore office to include The Morse Team, one of the most respected, seasoned and successful residential real estate sales teams on the Northshore. This new union brings together the McEnery and Morse families, two of the most trusted names in St. Tammany Parish real estate.

The Morse Team is a family formed team who got their start when Kay Morse acquired her real estate license in 1986. By 1993, Kay had founded The Morse Team, which has now grown into a multi-generational real estate team serving the Northshore market. Since Kay's retirement in 2020, The Morse Team includes Kay’s daughters, Candy Morse Modeen and Melody Morse Barousse, and her granddaughter, Kate Barousse Friedman. Together they have over 40 years of experience and comprise one of the most well-connected residential real estate teams in St. Tammany Parish.

Candy, Melody and Kate embody the exact culture, integrity and vision that are the foundation of the McEnery Residential brand. Their addition to the existing Northshore Team is in keeping with our strong and steady growth plan, which includes always focusing on quality over quantity and ensuring compatibility with our existing agents, brand, and client base.

This next step for McEnery and Morse is a direct by-product of the tremendous work of Molly Dugger Koenig and Margot Castaing Rainold, who are our current Northshore office leaders. The success created through the marriage of the McEnery brand with Molly and Margot’s unmatched work-ethic, network, and expertise is truly the source of this new partnership with The Morse Team. With that in mind, the future is tremendously bright as we double the size of our Covington-based operations at 427 N. Columbia Street.

 McEnery Residential is pleased to announce that Joyce Delery and Anne Comarda will be joining our team of best-in-class real estate professionals. The Delery and Comarda names have, for decades, been long-standing brands of success in the New Orleans real estate community, and McEnery Residential is excited and humbled to welcome them to the company. 

 Joyce and Anne will be accompanied by a team of some of the finest agents in the market, formerly affiliated with the Engel & Völkers brand. Joyce will serve as Lead Associate Broker alongside the existing Managing Broker, Mike Humphrey. Together they will work to provide un-paralleled support and guidance to their agents and clients. 

 Furthermore, McEnery Residential will assume the Engel & Völkers lease at 722 Martin Behrman Avenue in Metairie, broadening our company’s brand and footprint with a Jefferson Parish office branch. 

 This union of expertise will serve to expand McEnery Residential’s market share across the New Orleans metropolitan marketplace and will further entrench the company as the most local and well connected residential real estate brokerage in New Orleans. 

 In light of recent industry events, both nationally and locally, this commitment to growth and investment represents McEnery’s doubling down on the now more than ever relevance of local expertise and local relationships; the reason and sourcing of the company’s unique ability to create and preserve value for their client base.
